Service Description
For established patients: a 30-minute follow-up via secure telehealth to review your progress, discuss your response to treatment, adjust medications when appropriate, and review your ongoing care plan. Self-pay rate: $150 for 30 minutes. Insurance and payment The displayed price is the self-pay rate. Insurance is also accepted; coverage and copay vary by plan and must be verified before your appointment. Insurance eligibility and estimated costs can be checked through the applicable Grow Therapy or Headway scheduling platform. New patients should book a New Patient Psychiatric Evaluation.
Cancellation Policy
A $50 cancellation fee applies if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment. Alqimind collects this fee manually; it is not charged automatically through online booking. Please contact the practice if you need to cancel or have questions about the fee.
