Service Description
A comprehensive 60-minute psychiatric evaluation via secure telehealth with Albert Garcia, APRN. We review your history, current concerns, lifestyle, medications, and goals to build a personalized care plan. Self-pay rate: $250 for 60 minutes. Insurance and payment The displayed price is the self-pay rate. Insurance is also accepted; coverage and copay vary by plan and must be verified before your appointment. Insurance eligibility and estimated costs can be checked through the applicable Grow Therapy or Headway scheduling platform. Please complete them at least 24 hours before your visit. You must be physically located in Florida during your telehealth appointment.
Cancellation Policy
A $50 cancellation fee applies if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment. Alqimind collects this fee manually; it is not charged automatically through online booking. Please contact the practice if you need to cancel or have questions about the fee.
