Alqimind currently provides scheduled outpatient psychiatric services, which may include psychiatric evaluation, medication management, integrative psychiatric care, supportive interventions incorporated into psychiatric treatment, follow-up care, and coordination of care.

Dedicated psychotherapy, Qi or Eastern-healing services, and other Wellness services may not currently be available. Descriptions of planned or developing services do not constitute an offer, guarantee, or representation that those services are currently available.

Availability, eligibility criteria, providers, prices, and service descriptions may change.

TELEHEALTH AND GEOGRAPHIC LIMITATIONS

Alqimind currently provides psychiatric appointments through telehealth.

Patients must be physically located in Florida during each clinical appointment unless the treating provider is authorized to practice in the jurisdiction where the patient is physically located.

Alqimind may verify a patient’s location at the beginning of an appointment. An appointment may be postponed, rescheduled, or discontinued if the provider cannot legally or safely provide care at the patient’s location.

Patients should attend telehealth appointments from a private, safe, and appropriate setting with a reliable connection. Patients must not attend an appointment while driving.

EMERGENCIES AND URGENT CONCERNS

Alqimind does not provide emergency services, immediate crisis response, continuous monitoring, or after-hours urgent care through this website.

The website, contact form, email, telephone, voicemail, text messaging, and patient portal are not monitored continuously.
